Of note: Our Nurse Practitioner Kellie Kannowski is not available to see new patients with BSWQA/Baylor Scott and White Health plans.
Please call our front desk for all cash pay prices. In the event we are not in network with your plan, we will offer our self-pay price or adjust this as a courtesy automatically for you if your claim is denied. Itemized statements can be provided for the patient to submit to your carrier. Thank you!
